The business was born from our experiences at GAB Robins, one of the World's leading loss adjusting organisations, where, in 2004, we worked together developing Digital Pen & Paper solutions to help loss adjusters quickly and simply collect claims data in the field.

The results were simply amazing. The technology is so simple to use - field adjusters were able to collect claims data on paper forms with the Digital Pen and instantly send it back to the office via their mobile phone. Our experiences with the Digital Pen were so positive we felt we just had to develop it more widely. The technology has so many applications in so many industries - financial services, utilities, healthcare, market research and manufacturing.

To offer the best Digital Pen technology, we also decided to use the Forms Automation System (FAS), developed by Hewlett-Packard, which has so many advantages for the business market. Higher levels of security and traceability plus the ability to configure forms rapidly, pre-fill them with back office information and print them from a desktop laser printer are just a few. FAS is an enterprise class application which business customers can be confident in.
