- Digital paper forms with pattern are printed on compatible desktop Laserjet printers or by qualified commercial printers. The dot pattern on every page of every form is unique.
- Digital pen captures data on the forms.
- Electronic data captured is uploaded via mobile or PC docking.
- An exact image of the form and writing is retained in the digital pen’s inbuilt memory.
- Software converts digital pen strokes to machine readable files enabling on-site or back office validation via Scribbleweb, our web based forms management portal.
- The software tracks every operation to provide total traceability.
- Machine readable files, in XML or CSV, are uploaded to back office systems.
