Our digital pen and paper platform is specifically designed for the corporate and public service environment to advance electronic data capture and improve processes. It is robust, reliable, secure and offers many unique features.

  2. It is a server based application, simplifying maintenance and enhancing control and security over your handheld data capture device. There are no deployed applications to manage and support.
  3. No data is stored on intermediate devices (e.g. mobile phones or PCs) during the sending process - increasing data security of the electronic pen and paper, and enhancing the reliability of transmission.
  4. Data from both USB and Bluetooth data pens are encrypted (128-bit) by the electronic pen prior to uploading.
  5. The digital pen and paper platform offers desktop LaserJet printing in addition to high volume commercial printing options:
    1. Print only what you need - when you need it
    2. makes changing e forms simpler - no old stock to throw away
  6. It allows e form pre-population with data during the print process - reducing data entry requirements and increasing data quality
  7. It provides clients with the option to use our secure hosted applications or take all the processing software in house if required. A single server application can host many thousands of electronic data capture pen users.
