It was an ordinary day for Tim, visiting his customer to complete her claim form.
Except Tim was no ordinary consultant.
He simply used the claim form on his iPad Formworks App, and then to send the information from his tablet, right from Mrs Jones’s living room so that her claim could be processed straight away. He even attached a photo he took of the damage and a signature to confirm that all was correct.
Even better, as customers hate time wasting, the office team had already part completed the form with Mrs Jones’s contact information and sent to him in advance.
With all the time he saved not messing about with post or print, Tim could make two more customer visits that day.
A good day all round.
Mrs Jones did take a bit of convincing that she’d get her money within days, but that’s just ordinary.
It was an extraordinary day for Mrs Jones. In the post was her claims cheque – it was only a few days since Tim had visited from the insurance company!

It was a brilliant day for Martine. She was about to tell the CEO that thanks to the Formworks IPad App, response times had improved by more than 30% – result!
