We're delighted to be working with City University London and the medical teams of the Children's Acute Transport Service (CATS) based at Great Ormond Street Hospital for Children NHS Trust with the aim of improving information flows during the transportation of critically ill children from local hospitals to specialist paediatric intensive care units.

We're delighted that our digital pen technology, which underpins the claims process, has helped GAB Robins and Fortis deliver a great service to their Age concern customers and win this award.

We were delighted to support Dr Andrew Goodman in exploring the qualities of the digital pen technology to improve collaborative working in the design and innovation environment. The prototype collaborative system, using the FAS digital pen application, generated real excitement at the Industrial Design and Engineering Interim Show.

We are delighted to be supporting new entrant Aquilo Inspection and Reinstatement Services (AIRS) with an integrated digital pen and form solution enabling them to deliver market leading customer service. Over 50 building engineers around the UK have been provided with digital pen and form technology that allows them to capture details of the claim on site, gain customer agreement and send the data instantly via mobile phone to the back office for fast processing.

Digital Field Solutions exhibited digital pen and paper technology at the PCS Expo in London, the UK property industry's national event for IT solutions and business services.

The digital pen solution generated great interest from a wide range of estate agents and property professionals who felt the technology would be ideal for site notes, property surveys, energy surveys and property inventories.

The simplicity of the technology was demonstrated through a simple competition and after 184 entries, the lucky winner of a Logitech io2 Digital Pen was Graham Davidson of Burton and Company Property Centre in Lincloln
