We developed and delivered a complete data capture and workflow solution for the UK network of 250 field engineers. The solution has replaced their manual paper form processes (including Statutory Fire Certificates) with electronic data capture and a complete case management system to streamline back office processing and job management.
We developed and implemented an electronic data capture solution in combination with a Sharepoint workflow management system to streamline the train maintenance processes, improving the effectiveness of the maintenance programmes and significantly reducing SLA penalties.
